Old Growth Salvaged Redwood / Figured Koa

This distinctive dreadnought has back and sides of figured Koa and a very nice old growth redwood top that was salvaged from old stumpage. It has East Indian rosewood bindings, an African ebony headplate, and a unique black granite, and spalted curly mango rosette. This guitar has a deep, but not boomy bass, complimented with sweet mid and treble tones, and exhibits excellent sustain and separation.

This guitar was featured in the
Acoustic Guitar Magazine 2021 Spring Auction. It was bid on and purchased by a guitarist in Iowa.
